STUDIO CLASSES
Heart Art classes take place in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, namely Rondebosch and Constantia. Courses follow the general school terms of a year, consisting of 7 – 10 sessions. Each course focusses on a specific life-oriented theme.

ONLINE COURSES
HEART ART AT HOME
provides you with ONLINE guided lessons, enabling you to delve into personal life themes through intuitive and expressive art processes. Each lesson comprises of:
- a guided visualisation / meditation
- a video clip introducing the lesson’s theme, as well as a demonstration of the art process & suggested art materials
- reflection writing & creative writing prompts

- Time Stretching – no time limits, constraints or deadlines – take an hour, a few days or even weeks to immerse in each enticing practice.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are offered as once-off Creative Playshops, Team Building experiences, Couples’ Workshops, Celebratory Events and collaborative experiences.
Depending on the nature of the workshop a range of practically applied tools such as art making, creative writing and story-telling, sound and movement are utilised to develop creativity, flexibility, authenticity, and non-judgement.
RETREATS
Spending an extended period of time away from life’s general routine and demand, opens an opportunity for introspection and recalibration.
Attendees are invited to immerse into gentle practices of movement and meditation, intuitive artmaking and writing, and plenty of time to rest, to go for a long leisurely walks, or doze under the trees.
