As the year speeds toward its close, you may find yourself running close to empty, stretched too thin, needing space to breathe. If this is you it’s a good time to stop and ask, can I carry less and Live more?
- What can I let go of without losing integrity?
- What practice or choice will help me feel lighter, freer, or more at ease?
This playshop is an invitation to lay some of that weight down. Through intuitive art-making, writing and reflection, we’ll create space to release what we’re able, and reconnect to what truly sustains us. We’ll touch into the spaciousness, clarity, and quiet joy that arises when we lighten our load.
No art experience is needed. Simply bring yourself, a willingness to pause, and an openness to discovery. You’ll leave feeling more centred, nourished, and re-energised for the final stretch of the year.
