When we make space to listen, the year reveals the wisdom it’s been quietly gathering inside us.
As we move toward the final stretch of 2025, I’m feeling that familiar pull to pause… to slow down just enough to notice what this year has really held. Not just the obvious moments, but the subtle ones too - the quiet shifts, the unexpected learnings, the unravelings and renewals that have shaped who we are becoming.
Every year I offer an “ending” playshop - a small tradition of closure and reflection. It’s a space to honour the year before it slips away, to catch your breath, and to acknowledge the real story of these past eleven months.
Through intuitive art-making and gentle reflective writing, we’ll explore:
- what this year asked of you
- what you carried, released, or became
- where gratitude glimmers
- and what wisdom wants to come with you into the new year
This is not about fixing or striving. It’s about meeting yourself honestly and kindly. It’s a deep, enjoyable way to make peace with the year, gather your learnings, and prepare to step forward with insight and clarity.
