Nia combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness. On the dance floor, you are invited to integrate both ‘feminine’ movements (soft, flowing) as well as ‘masculine’ movements (kicks, punches, vocal expression). Whether you choose to move gently or vigorously through a class, you know what’s best for your body and appreciate the space to make your own decisions.

Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.
