Tending the Well

CREATIVE PLAYSHOP

CREATIVE PLAYSHOP

July 18, 2026

There are times when life asks much of us. We give our energy to work, family, community and the endless demands of daily living, until one day we realise that the well within has grown quiet. The waters that once nourished our wonder, our sense of connection, our creativity, may feel distant, hidden beneath the brambles of busyness and responsibility.

This Creative Playshop is an invitation to return to that inner wellspring.

Through guided visualisation, intuitive art-making, and reflection we listen for what seeks to emerge from within. No artistic experience is needed - only a willingness to slow down, become curious, and follow the subtle threads of imagination, insight and renewal.

Come and replenish your well-ness, reconnect with your creative spirit, and remember the quiet wisdom that has been waiting for you all along.

“It was very special to have the time and space to do some introspection and reconnect under Gail’s skilful guidance.” Paddy

“This time helped me listen to my heart and my gut. It also confirmed that I should not do what I thought could be a possibility i.e. gut and heart knowing.” Lynn

“This has been an amazing experience. Gail, you have been so warm and welcoming and your gentle nature was a comfort during this process.” Lindsay

CREATIVE PLAYSHOPS provide you with a new way of seeing what's going on in your life right now. By mindfully paying attention to our thoughts and feelings, we express through intuitive art-making. We create without planning, enabling us to step into something new and unknown - in the studio and in life. Come as you Are. Create as you Feel. Facilitated by Gail Schoeman.
