Nia is a holistic fitness practice that subtly touches on all aspects of your life – body, mind, heart and spirit. Each workout brings mindfulness to your movements leaving you feeling energised, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Nia blends the precision, power and grace of Martial Arts (Aikido, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi); the self-expression, fun and playfulness of the Dance Arts (Jazz, Modern and Duncan Dance); as well as the body awareness of mindful movement (Alexander Technique, Yoga, Feldenkrais).

NIA IS NON-IMPACT, PRACTICED BAREFOOT, AND ADAPTABLE TO ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS.
