CLASSES
Gail’s Nia classes take place in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, specifically Constantia, Kirstenhof and Muizenberg.
DAYS & TIMES
- Mondays 5:30pm Methodist Church, Muizenberg – 5 Marchmont Rd.
- Wednesdays 5:30pm Christ Church, Constantia – cnr Parish Rd & Constantia Main Rd.
- Saturdays* 9:30am Kirstenhof Dance & Pilates studio – 14 Windhover Rd, Kirstenhof.
*Saturday teacher rotation with Dee & Jenny
CLASS RATES
- Drop-in class – R140
- 4 class card – R480 (R120 per class)
- 8 class card – R880 (R110 per class)
- Class cards are valid for EIGHT WEEKS from date of purchase.
- Pensioner / Student rate available.
