Creative Playshops are playful, creative sessions designed to help women reconnect with their creativity. Activities include painting, movement, journaling, and guided exploration. Participants are encouraged to release perfectionism and enjoy the process of self-expression. Workshops are held in Muizenberg, Kirstenhof, and Constantia, Cape Town, and are suitable for all skill levels.
