Playshops are once-off workshops. They provide an opportunity to take time out, to think about where you’re at, and how you’re doing.
Gail presents a life-relevant theme to consider. This is generally followed with visualisation, maybe some writing or meditation, which then flows into intuitive art-making, creating spontaneously with no expectations on ourselves or the end-product.
This is how we tap into the subconscious side of ourselves. Our art becomes a mirror, reflecting insight and wisdom.
