Rooted in the practice of Heart Art you are invited to immerse in a nourishing afternoon of inner-tending. Quiet the mind, reconnect to your inherent wisdom, and dream into awakenings.
Through guided prompts, open-ended art-making, and reflective space, you’ll get to:

No art experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
