Spring is on its way… After months of winter stillness, the natural world begins its quiet revival.
Something stirs beneath the surface:
Roots hold fast.
New shoots push through.
Buds begin to open.
There is something deeply hopeful about this return to life - and something to be learned from the resilience of nature.
My next Heart Art Playshop is an invitation to pause and listen for what might be stirring in you.
Our themes will be REVIVAL, NEW LIFE, ENDURANCE & INTER-BEING.
Inter-Being is the beautiful recognition that nothing exists entirely alone: A flower contains the earth, the rain, the sunshine, the air… and all the countless elements that allow it to bloom.
And so do we. We are part of something much larger than ourselves. We are nourished, shaped and sustained by one another and by the living world around us.
This afternoon is an opportunity to slow down, quieten the mind, come into the body and let yourself be swept up in creative play. No expectations. No right or wrong. No need to be “good at art”. Just a little space to listen, explore, wonder and see what emerges.
