We take a life-oriented theme, look at it through story or poetry, drop down into meditation, and then flow into mixed-media art-making, creating intuitively and spontaneously. This is how we tap into our our inner wisdom. Our art becomes a mirror, offering insights previously unseen or unacknowledged. Here is your pocket of time to recalibrate, reacquaint with yourself, and find centre.
